Returns, Refunds & Order Terms
Because Wallet Wisdom™ products are printed goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, opened or used decks, or orders placed incorrectly.
Orders of existing Wallet Wisdom™ decks, regardless of quantity, are considered standard orders and follow the terms outlined below.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@yourwalletwisdom.com, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In most cases, return shipping will not be required.
Custom Orders (25+ Deck Minimum)
Wallet Wisdom™ offers custom decks for orders of 25 decks or more.
Custom orders may include custom color selections and the addition of an organization name displayed consistently across all cards in the deck. Content and card text remain consistent with existing Wallet Wisdom™ decks unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
All custom orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
