1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Wallet Wisdom™ website or purchasing any Wallet Wisdom™ product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or products.
2. About Wallet Wisdom™ Wallet Wisdom™ designs and sells physical, wallet-sized cards containing inspirational content intended to encourage personal reflection and intentional action. Wallet Wisdom™ does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, or any other professional services.
3. Nature of Products Wallet Wisdom™ products are general inspirational tools only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. The Coping Deck is a physical product containing printed inspirational content. It is not a therapeutic device, crisis intervention tool, or mental health service of any kind. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that:
- Content is reflective and educational, not clinical or therapeutic
- No product replaces qualified professional care
- Individual results and interpretations will vary
- You are solely responsible for how you engage with the content
- Use is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion

4. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that applying inspirational content to personal circumstances involves individual judgment. You assume all responsibility for your interpretation and use of Wallet Wisdom™ products.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wallet Wisdom™, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to claims related to emotional outcomes, personal decisions, or content interpretation. Total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
6. Product Safety Wallet Wisdom™ cards are physical products intended for general adult use. They are not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to small parts that may present a choking hazard. Please use discretion when sharing or gifting cards.
7. Orders, Pricing, and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Wallet Wisdom™ reserves the right to modify pricing, product availability, or product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment partners. Wallet Wisdom™ does not store or have access to full payment card information.
8. Shipping and Returns Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Returns and refunds are governed by our separately posted Return Policy. Custom or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.
9. Intellectual Property All content, designs, copy, imagery, and product concepts associated with Wallet Wisdom™ are the exclusive property of Wallet Wisdom LLC unless otherwise attributed. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
