Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders for standard Wallet Wisdom™ decks are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time includes order review, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.

Custom orders (25+ decks) require additional processing and production time. Estimated timelines for custom orders will be communicated during order confirmation.


Shipping Methods

Wallet Wisdom™ ships orders using ground shipping as the standard delivery method.

Expedited shipping is available only for non-custom decks and may be selected at checkout where available. Expedited shipping fees are paid in full by the customer and affect transit time only. Processing times remain the same unless otherwise stated in writing.

For custom orders, expedited shipping is not automatically available. If expedited delivery is needed for a custom order, please contact office@yourwalletwisdom.com prior to or at the time of ordering to discuss options and feasibility.


Delivery Estimates

  • Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (non-custom decks only): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after processing, depending on carrier availability

Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Timeline Clarification

Shipping timelines begin after an order has been processed, not at the time the order is placed. Processing and shipping are separate steps.

Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.


Custom Orders and Bulk Shipping

Custom orders may require extended processing and production time. Any adjusted timelines will be clearly communicated prior to shipment.

While bulk or custom orders may qualify for volume-based product pricing, shipping costs are calculated separately based on order size, weight, destination, and carrier rates. Shipping discounts are not available.


Shipping Delays and Carrier Responsibility

Wallet Wisdom™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfer to the customer, as outlined in our Terms of Service.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Wallet Wisdom™ is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
